118 mph EF2 tornado damages at least a dozen homes in Union Township, assistance available through PA 211 and volunteer groups.
Union Township residents affected by the EF2 tornado can call PA 211 for assistance. Two volunteer groups, Team Rubicon and Southern Baptist Disaster Relief, will provide free services, including tree, brush, and debris removal starting Tuesday. The National Weather Service reported peak wind speeds of 118 mph during the May 11 tornado which damaged at least a dozen homes.
