Man with head injury found on Tottenham High Road; Met Police called at 6.05am on 19 May to reports of an injured man. London Ambulance Service attended alongside officers, who believe the man was assaulted. High Road is shut between White Hart Lane and Whitehall Street, and bus routes 149, 259, 279, 349 are diverted. No arrests have been made; enquiries continue.
