Former Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has called for accountability of those who "ruined and destroyed" Pakistan, alleging that he has an audio recording of former Chief Justice Saqib Nisar conspiring to oust him and bring in Imran Khan. Demanding action against those judges of the Supreme Court involved in his ouster in 2017, Nawaz Sharif expressed disappointment over the attitude of the people of Pakistan towards him and his party, and accused the judges of preventing him from holding public office.
