Former Florida state rep Mike Horner was arrested and charged with battery on an elected official after allegedly assaulting Osceola County School Board member Jon Arguello during a confrontation at a barbecue restaurant. Arguello, who posted a video of the incident on social media, claims Horner punched, scratched, and choked him. Attorney Anthony Sabatini announced he would represent Arguello in a lawsuit against Horner.
