DOTr considers Megawide's unsolicited EDSA busway proposal or open bidding after PPP Center review.
The DOTr is deciding whether to accept an unsolicited proposal by Megawide Construction Corp. for the operation and maintenance of the EDSA busway, or conduct an open bidding. The PPP Center is reviewing the proposal, and once completed, the DOTr will decide the project's direction. The possibility of soliciting fresh proposals from the private sector for an open bidding is also being considered.
