The developer LWP Property has submitted plans for stage two of Huntlee, a new town in the Hunter region, Australia, which will include space for 5,000 new homes. Stage one, currently underway, consists of a town centre and 1,200 houses. Project director Stephen Thomas states that stage two aims to provide amenities and services to support the growing population. The second stage will involve completing the town centre and improving connectivity with the nearby Branxton rail station.
