A chemical leak at an oil depot in Yuen Long, Hong Kong, caused an unknown gas smell. The source was found to be a factory with styrene monomer storage tanks, one emitting white smoke. No injuries were reported, and styrene monomer concentration was 1 ppm, considered safe below 50 ppm.
