Canadian clinical trial finds improved health, fewer respiratory visits after asthma/COPD diagnosis and treatment.
A world-first clinical trial in Canada revealed that treating undiagnosed asthma and COPD patients significantly improved their health and reduced healthcare visits for respiratory symptoms in the year after diagnosis. The findings were published in the New England Journal of Medicine.
