The Sarnia-Lambton Alzheimer Society experienced a significant increase in fundraising and volunteer participation due to the involvement of Anita Duncan and her family. Their efforts contributed to nearly doubling the size of Petrolia's 5k fundraising walk, with 150 participants and a goal of raising $90,000. Another walk is planned for May 26 in Sarnia, expected to have around 400 attendees.
