33-year-old Jamarr Young, suspected of domestic violence, led police on a chase in Phoenix, hitting and killing a bicyclist during his escape. Young was aggressive toward officers, who attempted to use non-lethal tools. He drove his car into a police SUV and continued northbound on 16th Street, hitting the bicyclist and not stopping. The victim died at the scene, and Young was arrested later.
