70-year-old driving school owner, Carlos Cardoso, in Brockton, Massachusetts, has been arrested and indicted on six counts of fraud-related charges, including honest services mail fraud and conspiracy. Cardoso allegedly paid bribes to a road test examiner at the Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV) to issue licenses to unqualified drivers. He faces up to 20 years in prison for each charge.
