17-year-old armed robbery suspect in custody after brief standoff at Tulsa apartment. Police took the juvenile into custody for questioning on Friday at River West Apartments, near West 21st and Southwest Boulevard. The suspect was wanted for armed robbery and tried to hide; officers secured the scene and eventually got him to come out.
