A woman was arrested on Coquihalla Highway near Hope on May 17, following multiple reports of a suspicious, potentially stolen vehicle in the area. Hope RCMP responded to the incident in the eastbound lanes of Highway 1 near Herrling Island at 9 a.m. and arrested the woman. Sgt. Mike Sargent from the Upper Fraser Valley Regional Detachment confirmed the arrest in a press release.
