Borno State Governor, Professor Babagana Umara Zulum, urged his fellow governors in the North East states to focus on investing in food production and agricultural resources to address economic difficulties and rising food prices in the region. As the chairman of the North East Governors Forum, Zulum emphasized the need for self-sufficiency in food production and modernizing the agricultural sector for sustainable development.
