3 Shreveport sex offenders wanted by police for failure to register.
Shreveport Police seek public's help in locating 3 sex offenders who failed to register as required by law. Corey Carter, 32 (indecent behavior with juveniles), Dante Young, 41 (felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile), and Bret Alan Tolstoy, 53 (video voyeurism) are wanted by the SPD. Anyone with information can contact Shreveport PD or Crime Stoppers with anonymity and reward possibilities.
