Travellers set up camp at a park near Lidl supermarket in Bicester on 17 May, prompting local councillor Donna Ford to alert both Bicester Town Council and Oxfordshire County Council. Thames Valley Police, who were made aware by a resident, attended the scene and served code of conduct paperwork. The councils and police are working to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
