The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) has sponsored every active player on the WNBA champion Las Vegas Aces, offering a $100,000 per year sponsorship for the 2024 and 2025 seasons. This first-of-its-kind partnership aims to even out the gender pay gap and allow players to focus on their sport, with the intentionally simple sponsorship agreement encouraging players to "Just Play. Rep Vegas."
