Kazakhstan and Latvia signed a Memorandum on developing the Middle Corridor, a key part of the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (TITR). Ministers of Transport from both countries met to discuss the current state and future prospects of the transport sector in Kazakhstan and Latvia. This memorandum strengthens their cooperation in rail, road, air transport, transit and logistics.
