India and UAE hold talks to advance the Middle East-Europe Economic Corridor (IMEEC), aiming to integrate part of Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. The IMEEC trade corridor, announced in February, will provide alternative supply routes, generating efficiencies and reducing costs. The visit from an Indian delegation to the UAE reflects the importance both governments attach to the IMEEC project.
