Federal appeals court orders Kimberly Graham, who killed five motorcyclists in a hit-and-run in 2007, to return to prison. Her initial release in 2021 due to a Supreme Court ruling on tribal jurisdiction led to legal battles, but a Tulsa County judge issued an arrest warrant after finding her right to due process violated. Graham's defense attorney says she will surrender and appeal the decision.
