5G-A with speeds over 2Gbps accessed by China Mobile users in Beijing, covering 18 areas.
5G-A, an enhanced version of 5G with speeds over 5 times faster than 5G, has been accessed by some China Mobile users in Beijing. The 5G-A network, which has a download rate exceeding 2Gbps, is set to cover 18 areas in Beijing, including the Chang'an Avenue, Financial Street, Beijing Capital International Airport, and Beijing Olympic Park. As of April, Beijing has built a total of 114,500 5G base stations, the highest in China.
