Energy Minister Chris Bowen proposes new power price ruling to save households on electricity bills, with default market offers at $1773 (NSW) and $1643 (Victoria).

Energy Minister Chris Bowen plans to announce a new power price ruling to save households hundreds of dollars annually on electricity bills. Last December, one in two households were likely to roll over onto a more expensive contract than the default offer.
