Delaware State Police arrested two Hartly men, Joshua Bryant (32) and Shawn Haley (58), on drug charges after a two-month investigation. A search warrant at Haley's residence on Slaughter Station Road revealed over 10 grams of crystal methamphetamine, ammunition, drug paraphernalia, and a digital scale. Both men were charged with felony offenses and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution.
