BJP national president J P Nadda accused the Congress government in Himachal Pradesh of prioritizing its own interests and serving a single family. Nadda also criticized the opposition coalition, INDI alliance, calling them "anti-Ram, anti-Sanatan, anti-national" and promoting their families. While campaigning in Himachal Pradesh, Nadda urged residents to elect PM Modi for a third term to form a strong government.
