Belton ISD kindergarten student dies after medical emergency during field day.
Belton ISD mourns the loss of a kindergarten student who passed away after experiencing a medical emergency during High Point Elementary's field day. The student was taken to Baylor Scott and White McLane Children's Medical Center but did not survive. Belton ISD offers condolences to the family and will provide counseling services for students and staff in the coming weeks.
