Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev lays foundation for Minjivan settlement in Zangilan district, covering 301.51 hectares by 2040. In the initial phase until 2026, 628 individual houses & 4 multi-story buildings will provide housing for 3,146 people under the "First State Program on the Great Return". The settlement will include various facilities like administrative buildings, schools & medical centers.
