19-year-old Tieran Carmody was found guilty of murdering 35-year-old Max Richardson, who had confronted him for scaring children in a park in Harlow, Essex. Carmody stabbed Richardson with a long, bladed weapon, and fled the scene on his bicycle. Richardson died on his way to the hospital. Carmody was arrested six days later in Basildon and denied the charges, but was convicted by a jury at Chelmsford Crown Court.
