44-year-old Pittsfield man, Douglas Agyeh, was sentenced for raping and sexually assaulting students at a residential school for youth in 2021. Agyeh, who faced 23 charges, tried to flee to Canada to avoid justice but was arrested and extradited to Massachusetts. He will serve 10-12 years in state prison for rape charges and 3-5 years concurrently for indecent assault and battery charges.
