42-year-old Le Wang from Dundrum, Dublin was given a 16-month suspended sentence after secretly filming his Chinese lodger while she was showering and harassing her for three months. Wang pleaded guilty and was ordered not to communicate with or about the victim in any way for the next 10 years. The court heard that Wang had two videos of the woman on his phone and cooperated fully with law enforcement.
