11-year-old gorilla Gladys at Cincinnati Zoo breaks arm, heals with 3D-printed titanium cast.

The zoo's primate team leader, Ashley Ashcraft, stated Gladys has tolerated the cast better than a temporary one she wore post-surgery and has been able to move around more easily than expected.
