Former Delaware County Director of Emergency Services, Tim Boyce, has been charged with indecent assault, simple assault, and harassment following allegations that he groped an employee in January. Boyce, 60, was fired from his position last week and arraigned with bail set at $50,000 unsecured. The incident led to the employee leaving her job and not returning.
