30-year-old British-Ghanaian author Caleb Azumah Nelson wins the 2024 Dylan Thomas Prize for his novel 'Small Worlds', exploring identity and cultural connection between Ghana and South London. The £20,000 prize, awarded by Swansea University, is given to writers under 39. His previous work, 'Open Water', was also shortlisted for the Dylan Thomas Prize.
