Skanska signs $53M contract with Virginia Tech for College of Engineering facility expansion and Randolph Hall demolition, completing Mitchell Hall by spring 2028.

Skanska has signed a $53M contract with Virginia Tech to construct a new College of Engineering facility in Virginia, USA. The contract includes demolition of Randolph Hall and a 26,500-sqm expansion for multiple engineering departments. The project will also involve working around an existing stability wind tunnel. Mitchell Hall is expected to be completed by spring 2028.
