Pakistan and Japan agreed to strengthen and expand their bilateral ties in diverse fields, including media and combating fake news. During a meeting in Islamabad, Pakistani Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar praised Japan's role as an important development partner. The Japanese ambassador expressed interest in stronger ties, noting that Pakistan's business-friendly initiatives will make the country more attractive to Japanese investors.
