The New Jersey Devils have re-signed forward Kurtis MacDermid to a 3-year, $3.45M contract, with an average annual value of $1.15M. MacDermid, 27, was acquired from the Colorado Avalanche in March. Over a 7-season NHL career with Devils, Avalanche, and Kings, he has scored 11 goals, 31 points, and accumulated 368 penalty minutes.
