New full-service license plate agency opens in Jacksonville, NC on May 21.

A new full-service license plate agency will open in Jacksonville, NC on May 21. The agency, located at 1606 Country Club Road, replaces a temporary state-operated express office that opened in January. The previous full-service plate agency closed in November due to contract violations. The new license plate agency will operate Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding state holidays.
