Netsafe is investigating a fake Facebook account impersonating NZ First MP Tanya Unkovich. The account, which looks near-identical to Unkovich's official page, sent messages about her "Fair Access to Bathrooms Bill" to a member of the public. Unkovich reported the fake account, which suggested transgender people are "mentally ill" and "need to go to the hospital for brain checks".
