Woodsonia Real Estate Inc., a Nebraska-based firm, has proposed a $375m mixed-use development project for Joplin, Missouri. If approved, this would be the city's largest development since the 2011 tornado and Northpark Mall's opening in 1972. The project, called Prospect Village, involves redeveloping 78 acres to include an indoor-outdoor sports complex, parkland, a trail with water features, and anchor retail space.
