5 May, human remains discovered in Delia, Alberta; RCMP investigating, remains sent for identification.
On 5 May, human remains were discovered in a rural area south of Delia, Alberta by an off-roader. The RCMP are investigating, and the remains have been sent to the Chief Medical Examiner in Calgary for identification. An anthropologist is assisting to determine the age of the remains. Delia is located 180 km northeast of Calgary.
