Infosys shares fall as SD Shibulal's family member sells partial stake; the sale was executed by Cholamandalam Securities Limited as the sole broker. Co-founders Shibulal and his wife held 0.14% and 0.13% stakes in Infosys, respectively. Proceeds from the stake sale will be used for personal and philanthropic activities.
