Gaming and Leisure Properties (GLPI) acquires three casino resorts in South Dakota and Nevada for $105m. The acquired properties include Baldini's Casino in Nevada and the Silverado Franklin Hotel & Gaming Complex and Deadwood Mountain Grand in South Dakota. GLPI plans to enter into two cross-defaulted triple-net lease agreements with Strategic Gaming Management for an initial 25-year term with two 10-year renewal periods.
