British Columbia Labour Relations Board orders Radisson Blu Vancouver Airport Hotel to cease and desist breaching Labour Relations Code during a strike.
The British Columbia Labour Relations Board issued a cease and desist order against Radisson Blu Vancouver Airport Hotel owner, Sukhminder Rai, for breaching the Labour Relations Code during a three-year strike involving workers. Rai was found to have threatened or intimidated striking employees and attempted to bypass the union in negotiations. The hotel has been ordered to cease and desist from further breaches.
