65-year-old Willie Harris, suffering from cognitive impairment, is missing from Colorado Springs since 7:30 AM on Wednesday. He was last seen driving a purple 1997 Honda Accord (license plate 864UJX) near I-25 and Plum Creek Parkway in Castle Rock. The Colorado Bureau of Investigation has issued a statewide alert and the Colorado Springs Police Department is concerned for his safety.
