Former Tech Mahindra Vice Chairman Vineet Nayyar, known for his significant contributions to the IT industry, passed away at 85. Nayyar had served as Managing Director of HCL and Vice Chairman of HCL Technologies. He played a key role in the acquisition of IT services company Satyam by Mahindra and its subsequent merger.
