62-year-old Para Transpo driver Aung Thowai has been charged with sexual assault and sexual exploitation of a person with a disability. Thowai allegedly drove an adult female passenger off her usual route, parked, and sexually assaulted her on January 23. The Ottawa Police are concerned there may be more victims and are encouraging anyone with information to come forward.
