71-year-old Juanita Vidal, killed in a hit-and-run in Brooklyn's Bushwick neighborhood last week, has been ruled a homicide by the NYPD. Vidal and her 44-year-old daughter were struck by a blue SUV while crossing an intersection; the driver fled the scene. The NYPD had attempted to pull the driver over for a traffic violation prior to the crash. The search for the driver continues.
