77-year-old Carol Scott is suing her brother, 75-year-old John Jones, after their mother, Muriel Jones, left her entire £500,000 estate to him in her will. Carol claims her younger brother lived with their mother his whole life, "isolated" her, and used influence to change the will. Carol is now suing John as the beneficiary and executor of their mother's will with the support of her other brother, Peter.
