Sacramento musician The Philharmonik wins NPR's 10th annual Tiny Desk Contest with "What's It All Mean."
Sacramento musician The Philharmonik, a producer, singer, rapper and multi-instrumentalist, has won NPR's 10th annual Tiny Desk Contest out of nearly 7,000 submissions. The Philharmonik, consisting of 10 members, performed an original song "What's It All Mean" in their winning entry. The band will perform at the iconic Tiny Desk at NPR headquarters in Washington, D.C., and embark on the Tiny Desk Contest On The Road tour across the U.S.
