3 men charged in Vancouver's Project Toluene fentanyl lab case, with $7.8M worth of drugs seized.

Vancouver police have charged three men, including a Duncan resident, in connection with a fentanyl lab. Project Toluene, a 14-month investigation, led to the seizure of $7.8M worth of fentanyl, cocaine, and methamphetamine. The men face charges of trafficking fentanyl, possession of fentanyl, cocaine, methamphetamine, and benzodiazepine for the purpose of trafficking, as well as weapons offenses.
