Qiskit 1.0 allows users to create and compile circuits with up to 100 qubits and is compatible with the new release of Qiskit Runtime. The platform enables users to discover new quantum algorithms and explore where quantum computing excels, supporting the integration of quantum and classical resources. IBM's Qiskit has over 550,000 users, with more than 3 trillion quantum circuits executed to date.
